I seem to be having a problem with getting my battery to charge. When I plug the charger in all four LEDs on the charger light up red for a second and then turn off. Then once I plug in the battery nothing happens, no LEDs light up, the battery doesn't charge, nothing seems to repsond. If you could give me any support about the problem and any available fixes it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
