Topic: Need help to find out what the problem is

I have a problem with my Ar Drone, When i launch it hover for a second or so and then pulls right and crashes to the ground and the connection to the drone has also been unstable. Any1 know what the problems could be?

have you flatten the trim on a level surface before take off?
another reason might be the orientation of you phone if you aren't using the joypad mode.

Re: Need help to find out what the problem is

also I have seen people holding their left thumb on the screen while pressing the take off button. They do it thinking they need to control the drone every second of its flight. But what ends up happening is the drone takes of and immediately fly's in a direction or even directly into the pilots face.

Yeah somewhere here it's been suggested to hit "takeoff" and then let it hover for some seconds before touching anything at all, giving it a chance to "stabilize".

You can see it happen.. the take off... hover for a second or two... then the lights change to red on the back two motors and it's ready
