Topic: AR.Drone not lifting off floor

My drone starts and lifts using my iphone and without touching any controls after that it hoovers for about 2 sec and than lowers down to the floor and stays reving up but will not climb if you try to make it lift it flips over. any ideas ? had 1 small crash, been doing this since.
Have changed motors and props with no luck, still doing the same.anyone have any ideas ?

So you spent $200 on motors and it still doesent work yikes  yikes  yikes
