Thank you for the suggestion Daniel. I did however get this sorted, really embarrassing. I don't understand how I could have missed it but.. I was 100% certain that I had checked the MKI's volume by turning the knob in call - now today I tried it and I finally have perfect phone volume! Bluetooth music and phone has seperate volume control.. Isn't it amazing that as soon as you ask the question you find the cure.

I must say that I'm really happy with the 9200 now, does everything I could ever ask for. Ehmm.. ahh.. well.. okay.. siri integration would be nice though.

I had the same issue and turned up every volume I could I increase it but to no avail. I then purchased myself a line level booster and that certainly did the trick. Here's the one I bought from eBay. I got myself a stereo RCA(male) lead, cut it in half and joined it to the audio lead powered it via t he ignition terminal.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/360395799066?ss … 1497.l2649

Works beautifully. You adjust the level with a flat screwedriver to match that of your CD and tuner.

DG

Hi!

I installed a mki9200 in my car a couple of weeks ago. Everything seems to work fine except that I have to raise the volume quite a bit on the stereo to be able to hear the one I'm speaking with. It's a pain when I forget to lower the volume after a call when the music comes back at full blast.

Streaming music over bluetooth is fine though, nice and loud. Menu sounds and usb as well.

I have the mki connected with the aux line, I have the main volume set to max on both the iphone and the mki. I have searched and can't find anyone complaining about this so I think it must be something easy I'm missing?

Thanks!
