Topic: Parott wont operate or switch off

Hi my parott mini just stopped working and both red and green led`s are illuminated. I tried switching this off without success and there is a continious low volume hissing noise coming from the unit.

I have tried the small reset atthe rear of the unit without success can anyone help ?

Hi there,

I was having the same problem as you and then I searched for the user manual where it teaches you how to reset the Parrot Minikit

   1. Press simultaneously the jog wheel and the Reset button located at the back of the Parrot MINIKIT Slim / Chic.
   2. Release the jog wheel.
       > You can now release the Reset button.
