Ok. I completely understand that this forum is not for technical support. It clearly states that at the top.
From a customer and hopeful new customers stand point, you would think satisfaction would be high priority. I understand that developing is not easy or fast, but before you loose any more respect just give us a sign that you are there Parrot.
A simple Sticky to update us on what you are doing if anything about the issues we are having with this stereo. Update it once a week or every two. Example- " We are currently working on transferring caller id photos. Some success on most Android phones, but having trouble with iphones."
That simple line would let people know that there is still hope for this potentially great stereo to work.
