I have the same problem with My E51 phone and update.
This is most annoying

I have a 3200LS unit and can't seem to transfer my contact list from my Blackberry. Any ideas?

According to Parrot's compatibly list this phone does sync with the Parrot 3200LS but you need to install an extra piece of software on your phone. Here's a link to the info:

There is a new version of firmware that has a compatibility fix for the E51. See this post for more info: http://www.parrot.com/forums/usa/viewtopic.php?id=4449
