Connection Problem with LG Chocolate KG800

I followed all the settings and advice given in the manual and on the Parrot site, and here are my issues.

I can receive calls through the Parrot 3200 LS-Colour

I cannot make calls.  It dials and makes all the sounds of a number being dialled, but the phone never rings.

I can make a call on the LG chocolate when it is paired and it then I can talk through the Parrot.

I want to be able to make calls by selecting a number in the Phonebook on the Parrot and then dialling it and talking using the Parrot without ever touching the LG Chocolate.

Why can't I do this?

I have tried dialling manually and with a number in the Parrot Phonebook (sent to the Parrot by Bluetooth from the LG Chocolate)
