Topic: IS ther any reason to load the newest firmware?

I just finished installing a Parrot 3200 in my 2008 Ford Taurus X. It works like a charm, I like everything about it. What advantage is there in updating firmware? what differences between old and new? Thanks in advance...

If you are not having problems with the Parrot you don't need to update the firmware. Have a look at http://www.parrot.com/usa/support/downloads and go down to Hands free Carkits: and click on the release notes to see what the updates address.
