Topic: parrot worked one minute and not the next

Have customer who was using a Razer with his kit. Phone shot craps, so he got a new phone, the V385 Motorola. After pairing the phone, the kit worked 1 day. Now the phone appears to sync, but cannot hear anything. We can hear the car stereo speakers mute, while attempting a call, but no phone audio from the speakers. The mic appears to work, as callers can hear , I just have no audio from speakers. Installer checked over everything. Tried phone on another kit in another car, works fine.  Any ideas?

Something may have come unplugged or disconnected. If everything is connected properly you can try and do a software update and that may solve the problem.
