Topic: Can't install newest update to MKI9200

When I attempt to install 1.14a I get a couple of error messages that indicate that the update did not install.  I follwed the instructions on how to create the folder ParrotUp on a USB memory stick and then place into that folder the renamed downloaded file for the 9200.  Am I missing something?
