Topic: music hopping on bluetooth connection

Hi,

I have MKi9200 and an iPhone 4 iOS 5.0.1
Since my last upgrade (v2.0 or even v1.96), playing music using the Bluetooth became annoying.
Every time I play music and redirect the music to the parrot I get a 7 sec. hopping sound like a scratched vinyl. The same thing happens after a call is ended and the music is played back.

I can recreate this situation by redirecting the music back to the iPhone and again to the Parrot. The same problem happened when i had iOS 5.0

I tried re-paring my device, rebooting the iPhone and the Parrot... nothing helps.

Any advice?

I had the same problem and had to perform a factory reset to resolve it. (SETTINGS>ADVANCED SETTINGS>FACTORY SETTINGS)

Great, thanks this worked for me too. Just a pain I had to re-pair all my devices and re-do all my settings, but at least its working again.

How do you perform a factory reset for an MKI9000? I'm having the same issue but don't have the factory reset option on my list of options within the menu setting?
