We have concluded, following many field tests, that the Parrot ASTEROID platform and accompanying innovative features are working properly for the majority of our customers; however, there are a few unique configurations where we are still facing issues.
Parrot values the customer reviews posted online and takes each comment into account in tweaking our software settings through free downloadable updates for all products.
We are aware that customers are experiencing a few common issues and we would like our loyal community to know that we are investigating each concern and will persist until we fix all of the outstanding issues. Software update 1.6. offers overall stability as well as a fix for many of the problems we have been able to duplicate, this update will be released soon. Thank you for your ongoing patience with this innovative product and software and your loyalty to the Parrot brand.
