No rhyme or reason to the menu?

There appears to be no organization or reason to the menu. When I twist the button, it says things to me. When I push the button, it says the same things. No twist or push allows for me to input the voice commands. The menu says, "English", then "Volume", and then "Updating with Bluetooth". It says these over and over and in multiple languages with no rhyme or reason to whether I push the button or twist it.

Seems like any logical person could have built the menu so that a twist goes laterally a menu step and a push goes down a step...or vice versa. Instead, they expect the users to understand a random access to menu steps.

Another hour of fooling with it and I'll likely return it.
